How to make the ume liquor for adults #2 - Ume liquor using brandy
Quantity:Ume - 1.5kg / Brandy - 1.8l. / Rock candy - 500g
Calyx of a Ume is removed and it soaks in cold water for about 5 hours.
Cautions: Don't attach a crack to a Ume.
Then, it drains.
A Ume is put into a jar and white distilled liquor is put in.
Finally, rock candy is put in and a lid is shut.
It is made to ripe three months or more as it is, and is completion.
