A homemade pickled Ume

Also in Tokyo, there were many old persons who are making the pickled Ume a long time ago.
Such a nostalgic spectacle remains in my memory,
and began to make a pickled Ume from the unexpected cause.


It was conversation with the visitor
"whether the latest pickled Ume is a natural taste."

In order to solve this question,
I thought that a  delicious pickled Ume would be made from homemade.
Can a pickled Ume be made from using a natural material?



Although troubles were suffered a lot, the delicious pickled Ume was made.

When a handmade pickled Ume was eaten, all difficulties changed to joy.


The traditional pickled Ume was delicious like this!
I was impressed.

Making the pickled Ume which began from such a cause.

I wish to experience the same impression and it continues till present.

Please experience the nostalgic mother's taste.
